Pros

Strong programs and faculty. President is an asset and a strong leader when she is aware of issues from those under her. Growth and organization is evolving into more positive directed path.

Cons

Some senior executives make decisions without input from those below them, are arbitrary, or just unaware of what they are doing. Policies and structure tend to changes without clear reason at mid and upper levels. Faculty are excellent but don't engage beyond the classroom in most cases. Too reliant on staff for teaching stretching capacity and taking away from student support, academic focuses.
