I absolutely love working for Tiffin University! The administrative staff stays on top of things, and they are so helpful in your time of need.

Cons

Instructors are only offered three classes per calendar year.

Benefits You have a great deal of power in to get things approved/done in a timely fashion. Enterprenurial spirit.

Cons

Small university; therefore, you may want to move up and there may not be positions open for you to move into.

Pros

Professional atmosphere for the most part with a willingness to be open with their employees. Being a young group of managers helped of course.

Cons

Unwilling to change policies and almost forcing new ones without a even slight opinion from employees. Very loyal to new hires and seniority is almost ignored.
