I had one of my best time in Tiger Analytics. I could get my hands on some very interesting problems which is quite challenging and interesting at the same time. Everyone in Tiger treats you with respect especially the senior folks irrespective of how junior you are and would listen and consider your input in the project. The time lines set are usually very relaxed and therefore the work life balance is great.

The analytical problems Tiger is trying to solve are interesting and it's true consulting culture. It has healthy environment and cooperative and knowledgeable colleagues.

Cons

The quality of hiring has reduced and there are too many people at lower level who are not good at their job. The billing rate to clients is too low for the quality of work they are doing. Because of this, they are not able to pay and attract talent at entry level.
