Pros
* True to their core values always. No deviation no exceptions * Interesting work with lot of scope for learning * Competitive compensation * 100% Employee-centric environment * Amazing management team . Lots to learn from and very approachable at all times * On-site opportunities From my personal experience- "Like all women my wife too had her bad days during her pregnancy. I had to stay back to help her out and would have to take WFH with just a moment's notice. My managers approved it understanding my situation. Even after my kid was born and when my wife needed help, I was able to work from home. I managed to balance work and also spend quality time with my new born. I had taken a total of 2 months worth WFH in 10 months. I worked with 2 different managers during the time and both of them were accommodating enough to let me work from home. Despite working remotely I was able to complete all my tasks and deliverables on time and without errors. Their trust in me also motivated me to take up extra responsibility in the org. I was able to earn my promotion and I did not miss a moment with my new born. Organizations like Tiger are a rarity and I am proud to be a part of this amazing team."
