The team I work with is top notch. They are so supportive and kind. We go on some great off sites. You work hard but it's a good balance. You're expected to level up, but not in an unachievable way.

- open-minded company, you can share your ideas and if it's a good one there's a good chance you get resources to implement it - product is based on OSS software and the company is trying to be a good OSS community member so I was able to do my job without getting negativity from the community (quite the opposite actually) which often happens when a company is trying to make money in the OSS space - the opportunity to build processes and products from scratch - my direct manager and department leader were both amazing people. They were knowledgeable, empathetic, kind, and just amazing human beings. I have a lot to thank them for.
