      - Everyone is glad to be there - A lot of pretty smart folks working on interesting problems - Very international with people from all different backgrounds since we are fully remote. All the continents except Antarctica, which is somewhat remarkable for our size - Very family-oriented - We celebrate individual growth and progress - Internal job mobility - Sometimes silly in a good way - We are working off of an open source foundation

      - offsites - flex time off - open-source software

      Cons

      - copycat mentality, but no wonder when you know the capabilities of the founders and C-lvl people - they laid off 2/5 of the company in 2023. and kept it quiet, until they got outed on Hackernews - after layoffs around 30 people quit to join competitors - there was a constant change in the company and too much work and disorganization because of it - during my time in the company, 2 heads of marketing quit, the dev advocacy lead left for another company, the head of design & head of growth got laid off, and they could not hire a head of product marketing for 2.5 years :/
