      Good coffee but inconvenient office location and hot AC temperature

      Pros

      I don't know any pros other than good coffee beans. So many opportunities to move to other projects.

      Cons

      Inconvenient office location, airconditioning locked at 26.5 degrees because some people cannot stand the cold (admin would resolve by closing blinds and install air purifiers...), massive traffic jam at the elevator lobby, meh but above average benefits (for now).

      Incredible space especially a few years a go to build connections Incredible learning experience overall Even if not senior when you join, you can end up having senior-level conversations

      Tanked - it's not what it used to be Company treats you very poorly You're quite literally a number, in the worst way Overworked and paid less than in other techs

      Inspiring work culture but benefits are declining

      Pros

      Fast-moving, high-growth company. Never a dull day, always challenging. Get to work with talented people, good degree of autonomy for this role. Great culture.

      Cons

      - Lunch is offered (very appreciated), but other facilities (snacks, drinks) abysmal - Implementing restrictions on benefits to force attrition without a layoff (moving from 3 office days to 5), taking away other benefits Management knows current market situation is not the greatest so external opportunities are limited, so I don't see them caring about talented people leaving. Absolutely nothing is done to retain anyone. Lost a lot of great talent due to this, and these senior talents are being replaced with inexperienced people at significantly lower pay.
