Fine place to learn what a toxic work environment looks like.

Cons

Inexperienced school administration is bloated, with extreme nepotism and favoritism of mother, daughter, and friends in positions of authority. It is amazing that they have not been sued over this. Teachers are expendable, students and families are considered nothing more than $$.

No set schedule so you don’t know how much you will make School is a business rather than a place for a good education You never talk or work with other teachers Not full time work
