The pay is very good for the area, but there is a reason for that!

Cons

Entire facility workforce is toxic. If you like to be micromanaged and walk on egg shells everyday, this place is for you. Everyone in the organization is out for their own good, they will backstab you and fill your file with items that were never discussed with you in person until they pull you into HR! Avoid at all costs! If you have the choice to work for this company or another, go with the other!

Treat their employees well and the mission is clear. One of the huge benefits for corporate employees is half day Fridays every Friday, not just for the summer.

Cons

Moving up and getting promoted can be slower than some people would like.
