An inclusive culture that loves food! Interesting and challenging problems to solve as the company grows. People are smart, driven, and kind. Also, proud to support our farmer owners! Also, love that Tillamook is a b-corp.

Cons

Pay is not as competitive as larger companies but far more respectful and kind culture than larger companies. Systems and processes have not kept up with the growth.
