- Pay well (if you can negotiate). - Free snacks, drinks, and occasional lunches.

Cons

- Lack of leadership and integrity from the top executives down to mid level managers. On more than one occasion I have witnessed the CEO yell and belittle another executive in a room full of peers for offering an opinion that differed from hers. - Hostile culture between various teams that had cascaded down from friction between managers/directors. - Empty promises of change. Those with good intentions and ideas are continually shot down to the point they see no value in speaking up. - Wide salary ranges among peers within the same position. Upwards of 35% for those with similar backgrounds and years of experience.

Tillster's rating was at 2.0 until May, 2016, a true rating gathered during 12 years of incompetence and unprofictability. Now you allowed the posting of 6 fraudulent 5.0 ratings in a row posted by Tillster's HR department. What gives? Who can trust your ratings when you do things like that?

Tillster's true 2.0 rating reflects the actual working environment and future prospects for anyone thinking about accepting a job there.
