Pros

Great culture, a small company where your voice and opinion count, start up mentality with great perks and collaborative environment. The benefits are AMAZING the cost for your medical, dental and vision for the employee & family are as low as you can imagine. I have never seen a company that cares about their employees enough to make sure that the cost of their benefits are as low as possible. The choices are also not small companies Kaiser, Blue Cross or UHC. If you want to work in a place where you count and your voice is heard and your career is in your hands this is where you want to be.

Cons

Only con is that Tillster is not a company that many people know about------ That will change very soon

It's as bad as they say

Pros

A lot of room for growth(of yourself). You learn a lot of skills along the way, including software and people They are very flexible, time wise. Half of the office is gone on Fridays by the afternoon

Cons

Many times, unrealistic deadlines are forced upon you All the time, there are little to no clear requirements upon beginning of development Many unskilled engineers which use company politics to hide their incompetency No good organizational structure. Your title will be totally different compared to what you are actually going to do No accountability or teamwork. When things to wrong, fingers point at each other.

Pros

There are a few great people here who really work hard. Flexible with working from home. Pay is pretty good.

Cons

Management focuses on blaming people and yelling at them. Teams aren't given the time and resources to get things done; setting them up to fail and then blaming them when things go wrong. Everyone is spread too thin.
