Pros
The discount was only 20% but it shot up to like 30-40% during the holidays
Cons
They try to pay you the least amount possible, pressured you to hit at least a 80% and above in rewards, hours could only be passed out dependent on the sales, it was unfair for a lot of the employees. We also had the ability to extend their shift so they had to come in thinking they would work 4 hours but actually work like a 6 hour or 8 hour shift...
