Pros

The leadership are good people and are easy to talk to, flexible, and understanding. Good leadership overall.

Cons

Tillys has SO MANY PROBLEMS with the ordering/website that just shouldn't be problems, and Ive never seen another company with these issues. They keep using these weird no-name shipping companies that have strange issues with losing orders or orders just disappearing. The website is full of bugs and it runs like its from the early 2000s. Turnover is high. The warehouse is constantly making dumb mistakes and my job is to constantly fix them. Its so frustrating. Employees at stores and the warehouse dont seem to actually check what goes in the boxes a good portion of the time and customers are always calling in angry and upset. No one seems to be able to fix common issues so we just use these band aid solutions that take up so much time and $$ to fix instead of just doing it right in the first place.

Pros

Will require you to work a lot of hours in overtime and then they will poop on you when it comes to that giving something good for you. I do not recommend working for this company.

Cons

They’re rude they don’t care about you. They don’t care about you having a personal life outside of work they won’t let you request off days. They won’t pay you right they will treat you horrible. Do not work here.

It's concerning to note that they have their favorites and micromanage employees frequently, which seems to result in reduced work hours for those who don't share their favoritism. Moreover, the management appears to lack the courage to address conflicts directly with employees to improve their work efforts instead of talking about them behind their backs. These practices have created a negative work environment that's neither professional nor fair to all employees. It is not advisable to continue working for this company after the seasonal period. The store only experiences high activity and busyness during specific seasons such as Christmas and Back-to-School. Staying for over a year may cause the management to become too comfortable with an employee, negatively impacting their work environment and overall job satisfaction. Therefore, it's recommended that individuals seek alternative employment opportunities beyond the seasonal period.
