The leadership are good people and are easy to talk to, flexible, and understanding. Good leadership overall.
Cons
Tillys has SO MANY PROBLEMS with the ordering/website that just shouldn't be problems, and Ive never seen another company with these issues. They keep using these weird no-name shipping companies that have strange issues with losing orders or orders just disappearing. The website is full of bugs and it runs like its from the early 2000s. Turnover is high. The warehouse is constantly making dumb mistakes and my job is to constantly fix them. Its so frustrating. Employees at stores and the warehouse dont seem to actually check what goes in the boxes a good portion of the time and customers are always calling in angry and upset. No one seems to be able to fix common issues so we just use these band aid solutions that take up so much time and $$ to fix instead of just doing it right in the first place.
