      Pros

      Your coworkers who are equal to you, aka not management are all amazing. They always had our schedules out two weeks ahead. That is about all the pros I can think of.

      Cons

      Management is awful and does not care about your well-being. I had told them I didn’t feel well (I’m epileptic) and begged to be cut first but they cut everyone else first. I had a seizure while with a customer and management thought I was a customer at first so they didn’t do anything then after the actual customer got their attention then they called an ambulance. The customer was the only person to help me. Also management is extremely rigged. They do not care about anyone but themselves.

      Pros

      Work with school schedule, Culture isn’t too bad, You become well rounded for better jobs. Most associates are friendly.

      Cons

      They will never invest in you, Hard to progress, Pay isn’t the greatest for how much work it is, You are in charge of Payroll, Hiring/Orientation, Paperwork, Opening and Closing the store. The pay doesn’t match the work. They also hate when you have to move on, they shame you for it.
