      Pros

      Communicated well with what they wanted for the store and what they are looking for in a team.

      Cons

      Management was very sloppy and couldn't get their stuff together. They would hire teenagers who didn't know how to work or would slack. The managers would also slack off and not care about the store, which would put more stress on the store manager. The DM needs to do better and help the store better.
