      Relaxed dress code mainly excluding athleisure

      Cons

      Not enough payroll Too many clothes that don’t sell Doesn’t take feedback Too many kinks in transfer and shipping processes Have to calculate your own KPIs Have to fight tooth and nail to fix major problems Doesn’t take employee safety seriously Too many exclusions on employee discount and not enough incentives Terrible insurance policies

      Pros

      We all bonded quite well as a team & knew how to work together. They also offered rewards for sales goals, which I won after selling 10k worth of merchandise.

      Cons

      I feel as if I was not trained adequately & communication with us & upper management was bad at times
