You learn tons about customer service. They teach you every day people communication skills.

Cons

feet and back will always hurt. They either give you to many hours or not enough depending on time of year.

The industry is great, this place just sucks. Extremely hard to think of any other pros, discount is only 20% and not on top of sales or promotions, so you're treated just like the customers who get 20% off coupons in the free catalogs.

Cons

Horrible management, low pay, penny raises and promotions, hard work does not pay off here.
