Pros

Very easy job in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Since employees (managers, leads, and associates alike) come and go, there is ample opportunity for promotion within the store if you take the job seriously.

Cons

Above the store level, the company seems run inefficiently. Will not see raises for months (although there is retro pay). District manager demands a lot from in-store employees without appropriate resources or benefits.

Pros

Management was great, they took advantage of your skills and put you where you were most comfortable. Pay was horrible but taking time off was so easy.

Cons

They really didn't know how to hire people. Most of the new hires were super shy. it was almost like pulling teeth to get them to talk to customers. Also, recovery skills were not really touched on so people sucked at fixing up the store.
