Pros
-Great co workers -Good clothes -Fun environment
Cons
-Employee discount is only 20% -Horrible Pay -High turnover - Very hard to move up from Sales Associate( I tried to become lead sales for a year with nothing but empty promises) -Management expects you to connect and build an outfit with each customer that walks in the door.(This is near impossible as 1/2 the customers shop to themselves) -Sales goals are supposed to reflect the amount of hours you receive but is never actually factored in the schedule these goals are only in place to put pressure on you to sell more. -Erratic Hours -The store is usually understaffed to save money on hours -Call in shifts -Disorganized Management -The amount of workload that is expected to get done when you are supposed to 100% focused on the customer. -Cramming promotions down customers throats - Having the the right managers will make or break your experience here
