      co workers and atmosphere are really admirable, i enjoy going to work every day and hope to build upon my employment

      Cons

      hours kind of hard to get sometimes but as long as you keep up the sales the hours will follow.

      Pros

      People are really nice Schedules are flexible A lot of Hours Managment is nice and understanding Job is easy Enjoyable It is a family mall so most costumers tend to be really nice

      Cons

      Sometimes too many hours, they overwork you way too much. Only the people who have been there for a while know how to do certain things so they make you do everything, the new employees are not given so many tasks though they could do them and though there are not enough senior employees for it

      - people/atmosphere - plenty of hours if you are actually good at the job - plenty of room to move up with the expanding company - store discount - first job ive ever enjoyed

      Cons

      - corporate is out of touch with stores - store management will determine whether or not you like your job - pay is low for the work required
