Pros

This company is always ever changing when it comes to strategies to maximize time efficiently and boosting productivity in every way possible. Very Organized and produces very good merchandisers , Prefers to hire from within, Promotes friendly and social "vibe". Keen on making sure they don't violate employee rights and is very aware of regulations that need to be followed.

Cons

- Managers aren't trained to act professionally - Some managers find loop holes to fire people (purposely looking for dates that employees can't work then claiming that they do "no call no show" and documenting it.) -Associates seem disposable to management team - They don't pay well with the amount of work given - If there is more than one assistant manager on the team, don't expect the pay to be even and fair. - Associates aren't really trained well to be productive.
