Pros

I love the people I work with and have really created friendships among everyone there.

Cons

I hate that we get paid minimum wage.Sometimes I only work 5 hours a week, and frequently get call ins which make me unable to plan anything else that day just to find out that they don't need me. They also create their "favorites" who get more hours.

Pros

Pay was reasonable. Employees that were let go were given pay for all scheduled shifts, even though they couldn't work those shifts because of being let go.

Cons

The sales lead was rude to coworkers and allowed to do so by management, because she was friends with an assistant manager. The business morals are terrible, treating employees like garbage. Nonsense reason for letting employees go, "We're worried about your ability to do the job." All we had been doing was setting up the store, not our job of making sales.
