      Pros

      Great experience awesome work enviornment more rules than other retail stores but overall a great place to work overall.

      Cons

      The only cons i can think of is that they are more strict compared to other stores and that they put too much preassure on you sometimes.

      Pros

      The company stye of management is mirco managing every thing but does teach different ways to run a business.

      Cons

      The company is to concerned with growing to quick and doesnt look at the details that are being missed, employees, their management. They need to remember what brought them to where they are at and its not the off brand "full tilt' merchandise that you can buy at every other store. The way the company treated management with constant fake promises lead to a high level of management turn over, and if the district manager did not like you she made it known to you and your fellow employees. I had several fellow employees that were threatened so they would leave.

      Pros

      Most stores have a very young environment which made things fun. 40% off 2 times a year (Maybe 3, I don't recall) to stay in trend for the next season. Good job to gain experience. Seasonal meetings helped with boosting personal selling skills. I think the best part was that at my store, customer service was EXTREMELY important so I learned a lot from that like learning to speak to customers, product knowledge, spotting fake checks, etc.

      Cons

      Takes forever to get a promotion, I worked for the company for almost 1 and a half years and never got a promotion but I think the managers knew I was ready for it. Customers can get under your skin sometimes too but it's retail.
