      Pros

      20% discount (even though it isnt that much) Other employees are pretty cool Cool workplace Cool music Cool clothes and accessories

      Cons

      Management can be downright terrible, sometimes the managers will be on your case just telling you to work faster, shove promotions down customers throats, and constantly tell them what is going on. They don't pay us enough for us to be treated like slaves. 5 Enter to wins an hour, must reach goals, constantly check up on customers even when they've been checked up on by 4 other employees. It can all depend on management but if youre like me and have 2 managers that play exactly by the book then you will be screwed.

      Pros

      The only pro i can think of is that your lucky if you will have funny co-workers, other than that I can't really think of anything.

      Cons

      NEVER work there. The management is totally unorganized.. If your applying here, get ready for a very random schedule, last minute, and you won't be working a lot of hours. New employees are lucky to get 5-8 hours a week. Sometimes on your schedule your 'on call' like a doctor, so you have to call 2 hours before that time on your schedule to see if they need you. You basically don't know if you are working that day. Everybody in management is under 25 years old, and is too young to understand how to be organized and professional. Also the communication between people is terrible. Another con is that they hire like 15 new employees at a time which is way to much. Your always working with someone new.
