fun coworkers wear whatever you want/ no dress code focus on strong customer service and visual if you have ass your job your ass will be handed to you alright 20% off discount

Cons

managers are donkeys they take their stress out on the little people they dont give a hoot if you have another job they'll schedule you when ever they feel like it

Pros

I appreciate the open door policy with my supervisors - managers, DMs, DVMs...even towards our RLPM and Regional Director.

Cons

The workload/shipment hours are not enough to get all the daily requirements done in a timely manner -- especially during peak seasons. We should have open payroll during these times. And our employee discount is hardly a discount at all; 20% is not something to be excited about. It even discourages to buy from our own store and waiting for the 40% discount (with a limit) is not worth it.
