Pros
Stores normally have pretty good hours what allows for flexibility in schedules. They supported creativity with merch set ups but that slowly stopped when the company began growing too quickly.
Cons
The employee discount was not that great. The owner and up management felt that they should walk on water and ensure that you had to treat them that way. Any time there was a corp visit talk about working to hard and redoing everything cuz they would never view it good enough. I worked in several stores with several different managers and DMs but it was always the same story. Raises and promotions were a joke. They hardly paid anything but they promote what ever employee they like that week. The company doesnt know what qualications are needed to run a store. If you like playing fake and acting immature its a great place for you!
