Pros
-Tilson seems to have a good culture. -I think most of those in management positions seem to care about their teams. -I believe most positions have fair compensation . -They added a a PPO plan which will benefit employees.
Cons
- Ground crews are not paid enough. Making $16-$18 is barely sustainable. - Upper management often leaving teams out of changes that are going to affect them. -Tilson says they want to hear from employees but when you try to be honest they want you gone. -Tilson is ever changing and seem to struggle with the constant change. -Shutting down locations without proper notice to crews.
