Pros

Talented, driven, bright team of collaborative problem-solvers; loved my coworkers Decent benefit offerings, some standard Progressive thinking, aggressive growth plan Lots to engage you if you are a workhorse, not expecting much balance

Cons

Immature/temperamental management and corporate red tape; disjointed, lack of alignment (but voice that, when asked, and get yelled at) Can be a bait & switch; what position is in your offer may or may not be your job, depending on what they need at given time Unprofessionalism in some groups: almost like a start up, lack of planning, oversight and ownership Low raises, eliminated bonuses, “we don’t believe in performance reviews” Painful on- & off-boarding since so many remote offices & employees

Pros

It’s a job, not a career. Weekly pay is about the only good thing.

Cons

Expect 60+ hours a week to keep up. WFH costs big bucks. Increased elec bills. Insurance is EXPENSIVE! With poor coverage. You have allowed Veterans to harass staff with no accountability. Low pay

Super big growth, but not for everyone.

Pros

Lots of growth and work for some areas of the company. Cool field to work in if you like technology and change. Work atmosphere is cool and they occasionally have office get togethers. The company really is trying to do the right thing but wonder if the growth is to fast to keep doing the right things.

Cons

Some departments have a lack of work and management doesn't always find you work to get hours. Management devalues it's workers to keep profit margins higher as an excuse to not give pay raises. Areas that aren't growing as much don't always have good directions of company happenings and feel under appreciated. Was told there is lots of career growth but haven't seen any. The company really is good and has a great mission if it only could stop devaluing it's workers in some markets.
