great work environment, love working with all the subs and homeowners.

Cons

The pay does not adequately compensate the supervisors for the amount of work we do. salary employees are being screwed out of 10-20 hours in overtime pay.

Tilson Response

Thank you for the positive feedback and constructive feedback on compensation. The transition from hourly to salaried removes the overtime construct, but I do agree that the salary should be at a fair market rate for the job, including all of that job's demands. Please do bring up your specific concern with your supervisor, any open door link in the chain of command, or HR. While I can't guarantee that will result in a salary change, we will certainly look at it with an open mind, and we don't retaliate against someone for questioning something.

Transparent and honest, genuinely seems to care about employees' safety, well-being, and work/life balance. Their values actually feel reflected in their decision-making and are more than just talking points. Great benefits reflect the value they have for employees Growing quickly - a lot of opportunities for promotion or taking on new projects. Feel valued and appreciated. The teams are welcoming and friendly.

Cons

Still finding its legs for its size - grew very quickly and working to catch up to support its new, larger teams. With growth comes change and some uncertainty - moving roles, transitioning teams, etc.
