Pros

They provide every tool possible for you to succeed, they have extensive and consistent training available, there are various way to achieve monetary bonuses that have realistic requirements to achieve, there are regularly scheduled meetings to update the entire portfolio of the company's successes and advancements, the upper level management is involved and inclusive without being overbearing, they have a variety of different level meetings for corporate employees to speak more casually with employees at every level so there are many opportunities to have your ideas and concerns heard, they consistently celebrate achievements - both professionally and personally (birthdays, anniversaries, rewards at work to acknowledge tenure and growth), they regularly promote within the company, they are always expanding the portfolio and keep everyone informed of future opportunities, they shine recognition on team members that go the extra mile, they show interest and concern in each employee with regard to both their professional and personal livelihood, and they truly do respond to feedback. There are many ways to provide input and I have been happy and proud to see changes made to improve the workplace once concerns have been given.

Cons

The process to writing up employees is complicated and time consuming, which makes it more difficult to rectify bad behavior with teammates.
