Pros

Its a job and experience in the field.

Cons

Way over worked, non-stop work and way to little pay for what they ask of you. No control Micromanaged No appreciation Its hard to say if its just the company or the location. However I have spend a larger percent of my time unhappy then happy. I have felt lead on from day one.

Not a great company to work for.

Pros

The only good thing about working here is the people I get to interact with on a daily basis.

Cons

Working here is mostly excruciating!!! The company doesn't care about people who are smart and come to work to get stuff done to better the company. All the want is people who are SUPER CHIPPER every single day. You won't grow in the company at all- the opportunities for people who are smart and hard workers are very little. The executives think they are better than everyone in the company and if you are not one of them, will never be heard. I am constantly being put down for being "too smart" and get things done too quickly. What??? No bonuses, and you don't even get the day after Thanksgiving off, which is unheard of. They are so worried about the little things that they don't see the big picture and the little people trying to help with that bigger goal.

Pros

Multiple facilities. Employee benefits. Training opportunities. An atmosphere of respect. Focused on improving apartment communities. Attempt to hire good employees.

Cons

Salaries are not up to par. Advancement opportunities are very rare. Definite disconnect between cooperate offices and front line employees unless cooperate wants something.
