Pros

Leadership takes the time to address and do something about team members' concerns. They seem to add a little more in the way of benefits each year.

Cons

Strong culture. If you don't want to be part of something bigger than yourself, it may not be the company for you.

Pros

I haven't been in this position long. But in the short amount of time I've been here, I have been very thrilled about how they treat their employees. Competitive pay and a ton of actually useful training to help you succeed.

Cons

Absolutely no complaints from me.

They actually listen to you, you’re valued and appreciated. Pay and commissions are fair. Work life balance actually exists at Timberland Partners.

Cons

Better hourly pay and commissions.
