Our focus is field-driven to support the field team members and our residents. To accomplish this goal, we want our team members to have regular office hours in our home office. Thank you for taking the time to provide a review on Glassdoor. We continue to review our benefits and are excited to not have an increase in our health insurance plan this year. We also changed our Short Term Disability policy to provide up to 60% of wages when a team member is out of the office. We are also working on other items to announce as of 1/1/2020. In 2019 we have focused on promoting from within and have created a regional community manager and regional service manager to assist with communities that are short-staffed. Please join our green track to be considered for a promotion in the future! We want to keep the right talent on our team.
