Pros

An amazing environment surrounded by successful people invested in your engagement, productivity and career goals. Hands down one of the best cultures. This is a company that invests in it's employees and promotes from within.

Cons

Some growing pains associated with growth of the Company in general.

Pros

Pay is wonderful, benefits are the best and corporate really cares about their employees. I have been working for property management companies for over 5 years and I will have to say that this is the best company of all. They really want to see their staff growing by providing training tools and in-house positions. They allow you to be creative without shutting you down and they even remember your birthday by either sending you a card signed by everyone in corporate or even the CEO will call you personally and wish you a happy birthday! I will say I'm very happy at this company. I highly recommend!

Cons

In Kansas there's not a lot of positions to get promoted to, but to move up you would have to move out of state. Totally worth it!
