Pros

Company leadership has changed since April 2017 and really is going the right direction. It is a people focused company that listens to it's employees and is willing to make changes quickly to improve.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Decent Company

Pros

At the local level, they care. Company Culture is pretty strong, if that is your thing. Home office is pretty great. Lots of good people.

Cons

Company Culture is pretty strong, if that isn't your thing. Upper management is out of touch with the management at each property. Incentives and bonuses are lower than other similar management companies. Maybe some district managers are good, but a couple I have met are lackluster.
