TimelyCare is an amazing place to work because you get to be part of a supportive, positive team that feels like family and leadership that listens and values ideas.

Cons

It can be tough learning all the information, especially since there’s a lot to absorb in a customer support role. But the great thing is that leadership is always quick to respond to any questions, so you never feel stuck. They make sure you have the help you need to succeed, even when things get overwhelming. There also documents to refer to for most questions.
