      TimelyCare is truly unique and special. From the mission that we can all connect and contribute to, to the amazing team members - everything we do here has purpose and it's the people that make the difference. Leaders who are role models, opportunities to identify improvement areas, the runway to make the improvements needed and see those changes come to life. The team is supportive of one another and collaborates well. The culture is felt from your first conversation, all through onboarding, and never fades. Again, TimelyCare truly is a special place to be!

      Cons

      We are a growth stage company and with that comes a fast paced work environment where one needs to be flexible. If you like to be challenged and work hard, this place is for you!

      The company has flexibility, no micromanagement.

      Cons

      - Employees dissatisfied with salaries or the structure of systems are not cared for adequately. - Support staff is pressured to work at maximum capacity. - Higher salaries are only offered to positions that directly contribute to revenue generation. - Maternity leave policy is lacking, especially for a company that offers unlimited paid time off.
