Pros

Having been with the company for some time, I've been extremely happy with the culture and overall mission. There are many opportunities to grow your career and make a valuable difference. The people I work with have become lifelong friends and mentors, and I'm very grateful for all I have learned here.

Cons

At times, a rapidly growing company can experience unexpected and accelerated change. While it could be viewed as a con, I appreciate this part of our job, as adaptation will only serve me well in the future.
