Pros

Money Pay Perks location the building. Some of my peers. Hard to come up with 20 words. The food was good.

Cons

I worked there for almost three years. I was hired to do something but never trained until my last six months there. I used to go in on Saturdays in an effort, unpaid, to teach my self. I did this for three years. I was given 5 reviews and it was never mentioned that I could not come in on Saturdays. On my sixth review I was written up for coming in on Saturdays. Very weak human resources. They give in to seniority and not wisdom or logic. For three years I swiped my badge which showed I was coming in on Saturdays. Why did I get written up on my sixth review. Why did HR allow this? I could and I might note many many instances of this type of mis management.

Pros

Competitive salary and benefits in a large organization with a cooperative work environment.

Cons

Consistent reductions in the workforce with expectation of higher output. Unwilling to implement changes due to lack of reward to risk takers.
