Good company to work for.

Pros

- average salary but highly depending on the starting one - global company with global exposure - open doors management style - good place overall - good work/life balance, if you do overtime you can take day off to compensate

Cons

- If you don't have a good salary from the beginning, forget about significant increases! HR will sell you all kind of bla-bla, but it's just that, nothing more - average yearly increase is 4% while the inflation is at min 6% - no advancement possible, unless you're french - managers are moved from one department to another without having slightest experience in the new dept. - except for the congratulation e-mails you will not see anything after an exceptionally well done work.

The company offers competitive pay and pretty good benefits. They also over educational reimbursement which is helpful for those who want career development.

very conservative workforce, lack of diversity

Pros

Competitive pay and benefits. Challenging work. Opportunities to "make a difference". Very strong core values of ethics and integrity, quality, innovation, and independence.

Cons

Very demanding work pace. Tend to not replace attrition, and expect others to "pick up the slack". Tend to over-react to business cycles with excessive hiring in good times, then layoffs in down markets.
