Cons
-Horrible leadership, especially from the exec team. I mean CEOs hardly last over a year and they here is no clear direction (this goes for all C-Suite) -Pushing new revenue and dumb features that launch and die quickly rather than focusing on creating a great app experience -Little to no process — company has tons of people in positions where they don’t know what they are doing -Too many cooks in the kitchen…way too much feedback from everyone, which dilutes the product in multiple directions -Not competitive compensation
