-the people -ceo/president/cto all sit with team -all hands meetings every week -very open environment -work hard / play hard attitude -food -view

Cons

it is a bummer that dogs arent present in the office (they are allowed, though!) very open floor plan, which i like, but can be distracting

Friendly coworkers, good health insurance options

Cons

Incompetent leadership failed to achieve goals. There's a lot of politics and wasted time on projects that should never have been greenlit. Pay is not competitive, the stock price is at an all-time low and kept falling, so expect to take a pay cut to be employed at Tinder. In general, Tinder is a terrible brand on your resume. Capable talents all have left or are leaving. Strict 3-day RTO as part of performance evaluation. Layoff is on the horizon and first in first out is not impossible.
