Has a great culture and amazing people. Highly collaborative environment where you feel your voice is heard. Awesome benefits and perks.

Cons

Weak management and not a lot focus on professional development. Frequently heard positive feedback about performance, while simultaneously feeling stunted. Very confusing. Lots of executive-level change, but that didn't necessarily impact day-to-day, so it was ok.

Typical tech job. There’s free lunch, snacks, and events.

Cons

Employees don’t receive the recognition or pay they deserve, which ends up in high turnover. Upper management is unstable. They pretend to push for transparency, but if you ask them a straightforward question, they will immediately dodge it. Culture has taken a turn.
