Pros

Awesome, passionate engineers. Top pay for LA, great perks. My hiring process was super great as well. Recruiting was awesome and made me feel like they were on my side. The bad reviews are baffling to me. I am pretty plugged in and the vast majority of people are super happy.

Cons

The growing pains that Tinder has gone through have been tough for some people but I've seen it as a positive. We're growing up and adding more structure to a company that really needed it. People don't do well with change so it makes sense that some people would be unhappy.

Pros

- Incredible and bright teammates, fun workplace team, etc - Overall fun product that doesn’t require much explaining - awesome events (before spring 2025) - catered lunch, snacks, and on site barista

Cons

- leadership turnover with changing initiatives and plans - leadership and company politics over projects - health insurance package has soured tremendously with poor reasoning
