Can be tough sometimes, Administration has unrealistic goals of how students should behave. It can sometimes be hard to get a minute to yourself because of the teacher to student ratio. Need more teachers.

Tindley hires a lot of talented people in the wrong position. (i.e. hiring someone to be a teacher that is not certified, then a year later, moving them to a leadership position when they are still have yet to prove they can get results, and are still not certified.) There is new, positive, leadership, however, I am not sure if we can right the ship. Some principals are extremely unprofessional. The curriculum is not aligned to Indiana standards, so it is like being asked to magically jump through a hoop that is on fire. It is not great. Unprofessional behavior has been condoned for so long, that it is ingrained into the culture of the schools. It's a real shame because our scholars deserve what we promise.
