Pros

Decent Salary, Good Co-workers, If your in a bind pretty easy to enter and get the job because of their high turnover with teachers,best behaving students you will ever have.

Cons

A lot of turnover, Admin doesn't seem to have a good plan for student retention, A lot of Favoritism, Some of the Admin staff hire their spouses and unqualified friends. Work-days are too long ( 12 hrs if you want to stay on top of things). Schools have unreal expectations for students. Feels more like a prison (windows have no buildings) than a school, just ask any student they barely have fun.

Good students half day Fridays decent bonuses available if your test scores are good in some cases, good coaching (building dependent)

Cons

Way too long of a school day Admin are overworked and take it out on teachers CEO level staff are distant and of varying quality

Pros

Great possibilities rest here. Children are great and amazing.

Cons

Administration is slow to respond to important matters. Training is thorough but lacks consistency throughout the year. Lesson Planning is tedious and doesn’t always seem to be in the best position. Clickish Teachers suffer from lack of training and end up quitting which makes the students suffer.
