      Great team members Great people all around in the company Work related travel Ping Pong BBQ patio Basketball court

      Micro Managing Sitting at a desk all day Not a quick promoting scale More than 70% of team leaves the company within a year; difficult to retain employees, makes you wonder why they are leaving

      Pros

      Tintri had great people at one time - some are still left but leaving daily.

      Cons

      Management killed Tintri. CEO should have never been given the responsibility to lead this company cause he doesn't have the skills. If you are a woman, stay away - you will certainly be discriminated against. Company is being positioned to sell within a year.

      Pros

      Culture was great. Food and drinks flowed endlessly. Holidays, birthdays, and product launch celebrations really brought team camaraderie together.

      Cons

      Ken (CEO) and Kieran (Founder) really have to understand and take ownership of their lack of vision and ability to go to market. For such a small company, Ken, please walk down the hallways with your head up, smile and acknowledge your staff. Kieran, you are smart and a visionary but let people and PM go to market with ideas that customers want. You started it but let other that have taken companies to the next stage do what they do best.
