      Work and Life Balanced. This company is at the End of Company life.

      Cons

      Management lack of strategic direction and lack of leadership to drive the company away from the bottom. Friends hired friends and don't need to work, still paid a high salary.

      Technology is great some good people to work with. The best storage out there. Keep innovating.

      There about to be layoffs this week and people are leaving in droves. Even the good ones are leaving. Management is horrible and no wonder why they are in this situation.
