      Great technology and compelling value add

      Cons

      Management is drinking their own koolaid or has their heads really deep in the sand. The overwhelming theme you find in the reviews on glassdoor are about how the C level management is horrible and I could not agree more. I am at HQ and the mood is less than encouraging day to day.

      Pros

      Pros: - very good product, in terms of features. For a virtualized environment, this product does very well compared to other companies products. - good work/life balance - technical middle managers. - people working there are nice, helpful.

      Cons

      - Non-competitive salary. Options/RSU were supposed to compensate, but the IPO did not fare well. - C-level management feels very lost. - Marketing of the product has been horrible to date. No improvement even with recent change at VP level. - Product quality/stability issues are on the rise. Recent development: - Company in limbo for past few months, seems like everyone waiting for second round of layoff. - Most people have stopped believing in company, feels really let down. - Morale/enthusiasm among employees (specifically engineer) very negative, all time low. - Hard to impossible to get any new features done. - People leaving in droves.
